Preschool Thanksgiving Feast

Jack's school had a Thanksgiving feast the other day and parents were invited. They had tables set up in the back yard with centerpieces the kids made.

All the kids came out either dressed like a Pilgrim or an Indian and then sat on the back porch steps and sang several songs before we had lunch.

He's the boy (with Suzy close by).

He's in the middle of one of their hand movements. We really think he was disappointed to be separated from Suzy.
 "Smiles everyone, smiles."
 Representing both sides....

Here is a look at the set-up and the kid's garden.

And now a song.  I think these are the right lyrics.

It's autumn time, it's autumn time
The leaves falling down
It's autumn time, it's autumn time
It's all around the town

It's autumn time, it's autumn time
There's yellow, red, brown
It's autumn time, it's autumn time
Bright(?) colors can be found
